- 1 serving of cooked oatmeal
- 1 small very ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- a few fresh berries and walnuts for topping (such as blueberries, strawberries)
- milk (optional)
Instructions
- Mash ripe banana with vanilla. Stir into a bowl of hot oatmeal. Pour in a little milk to cool and add a creamy texture (optional). Slice the other half of the banana into thin slices and place on top of the oatmeal with the berries. Enjoy.
