Whipped Strawberry Honey Butter

Delight your senses with the taste of honey kissed butter and sweet garden fresh strawberries.


  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 sticks of butter (1 cup), room temperature
  • 1/4 cup honey


  1. Add sliced strawberries to a food processor and sprinkle with sugar. Process until fine bits of strawberry remain. Set aside.
  2. Whip butter on high until smooth and lightened in color, about 2 minutes. Add honey and continue to whip until fully incorporated, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
  3. Add processed strawberry mixture and whip until incorporated, scraping the sides of the bowl. Serve at room temperature.



If butter is refrigerated, it will harden and become difficult to spread.
