Easy 30 Minute Pulled Pork Sliders with homemade BBQ Sauce.
Do you have plans to entertain this summer? Maybe you’ve scheduled a backyard Barbecue for a summer holiday, or are celebrating a special child’s birthday down the street at the local park. Whatever your plans are, I want to let you know I’ve got the easiest hack for a delicious summertime crowd sized meal~ Easy 30 Minute Pulled Pork Sliders. Pair your pork sliders with a few bottles of Simply Lemonade® to make it a complete summertime meal experience with practically no effort. Be free to enjoy the meal with your guests!
Imagine feeding 12-15 people a delicious summer meal with no more effort than setting out some disposable plasticware and napkins. Talk about stress free!! That’s what I love the best about this sweet meal hack, I’m not working over a stove or hot grill, too busy to socialize with my guests because I’m cooking. Yes, I’m speaking from personal experience just so you know….
After a morning of Hot Air Balloon flying with my two older boys (yes, for reals~ we live in Albuquerque) we went to a friend’s pool to swim for the day. I told our hosts lunch was on me, and I knew exactly what I’d serve (Easy 30 minute Pulled Pork Sliders). I’d have time to go ballooning, swimming, and feed everyone lunch; and do it all stress free!
A Fast Summer Recipe for a Crowd is Easy Thanks to Sam’s Club.
Did you know that Sam’s Club carries packages of fully cooked smoked pulled pork? (2 pounds worth!) Along with a package of pulled pork, grab a double bag of Member’s Mark Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (32 rolls) and a double package of Simply Lemonade for a beverage. That’s all you need for Easy 30 Minute Pulled Pork Sliders for a crowd. You can add additional toppings (like the grilled pineapple shown in some of my photos) or eat them as is. The pork tastes just like you bought it at a smokehouse restaurant; super delicious. Mix in your favorite BBQ Sauce or try my recipe for Homemade BBQ Sauce at the end of this post. It’s super easy to throw together in a pinch. I filled the bellies of 12 hungry guests with lots of sliders and refreshing Simply Lemonade® with zero effort! Plus, only one dish to clean up, so I was back in the pool enjoying the day with my family and friends :0)
Homemade BBQ Sauce Hack.
If you find you’re out of barbecue sauce and don’t have time to fetch some at the supermarket, you can make this quick Homemade BBQ Sauce with Ketchup and some spices you have on hand. I just mix them all together and heat it over the stove for a few minutes to help the flavors combine and settle. This recipe is fantastic on the Member’s Mark pulled pork mentioned above.
Get your backyard barbecue on by making your own amazing Homemade Barbecue Sauce that you can brag to your friends and family about. Everyone will be asking you for the recipe. Enjoy!
