NM Food Made Easy Lesson 2: Using Cooking Oil

Working with cooking oils can be a slippery slope if you don’t know what you’re doing. Setting off smoke alarms in your house, getting a bad taste on your food, or even worse, getting a bad burn are rookie mistakes I don’t want you to have to experience. In today’s lesson, we’ll take a dive into what kinds of oils are best for what purpose and I’ll show you a few nifty tricks for making frying easy!
