So I share my own little Easter smoothie creation today, this Easter-themed Strawberry Peach Coconut Smoothie Bowl topped with muesli. I wanted something that was bright, beautiful, and would be perfect to enjoy on Easter Sunday after church!
Sprinkling muesli on top as a garnish really makes this smoothie extra delicious and healthy! My kids love to eat this smoothie with a cup and straw; of course, you can serve it however you like!
I hope you find the Easter brunch ideas below help to get your creative juices flowing so you can create the perfect Easter brunch for you and the special people in your life :0)
Easter Brunch Idea #1 Fresh Fruit Easter Smoothie Bowl + Chicken salad filled croissants
You’ll love the fun flavors of this fresh fruit Easter smoothie bowl, featuring strawberry, peach, and coconut! (Recipe at the end of the article.) Serve this smoothie in festive easter glasses with cute straws, or serve it as a smoothie bowl topped with fruit and muesli~ a mixture of grains, nuts, dried fruits, and sometimes coconut~ for the perfect flavor and texture combination. Bob’s Red Mill has an amazing variety of museli, and this one is my favorite!
Serve these Easter smoothies with some simple home-baked goods, like muffins, and chicken salad-filled croissants! Round out your Easter brunch and your table setting by serving brightly colored, hard-boiled Easter eggs.
There are endless amounts of smoothie recipes floating around the internet these days, and it’s easy to see why; smoothies are a fast, fun way to eat fresh fruits and veggies and add more nutrition to your diet!
Do you whip up a smoothie every day? I happen to know a few people that do. Eating fresh fruits, veggies, grains, and greens is the best and most effective way to get all the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients our bodies need. So skip the vitamin supplements and whip up a great smoothie instead!
Easter Brunch Idea #2 Tossed Salad + Deviled Eggs + Petit Fours
Throw together a tossed salad (which you have prepped ingredients for before church), and serve it alongside some hummus-filled deviled eggs, and adorable petit-fours!
This amazing Feta Citrus Salad is just perfect for an Easter brunch; it’s delicious and pretty and the dressing is homemade, saving you the money of purchasing a salad dressing at the store that will sit in your fridge until, like, forever. (Or is that just me???)
Throwing the right combination of greens, veggies, and fruit together makes ‘not so tasty but healthy’ food disappear down your throat in seconds. We feel good about ourselves for trying to do our bodies right. Right?! Especially on Easter, when we are surrounded by sugar-filled candies that I just can’t resist.
Your Easter brunch table setting will be adorable if you include petit fours as a sweet treat. They are little tiny cakes frosted with a glaze. To me, there is nothing that says Easter quite like petit fours!
Idea #3 Potluck time!
Of course, I am an advocate for the potluck! It is the ultimate way to save money on feeding a lot of people and takes so much responsibility off your shoulders to try to feed everyone yourself. I have a great article about potlucks and feeding a crowd on a budget right here if you’re interested in saving yourself lots of money when feeding your Easter crowd.
How about a color-themed Easter Potluck?? You can assign your guests a color and they can bring any food of their choice, as long as it is your color of choice. This is such a fun twist on the classic potluck and is super trendy for 2023.
You can even make my Fruity Easter Smoothies for your guests as your contribution to the potluck!
